Hey.
I assume you're here AFTER listening to the album, but even if you're not, and were simply just wondering what the fuck are these recurring themes in my songs or what I was thinking while coming up with these.

Cybersheep's Dream
(From Mega Man 10, ft. sachio)

So this is probably, arguably, one of my more well-known and popular songs. As such, I had to approach this with caution for two reasons: firstly, it's a song that didn't originally come with lyrics. Neither did the Rockman 10 Image Sountrack version we created shortly after the game came out. That song also didn't have lyrics. Secondly, I didn't want it to sound TOO similar to the original OR the image soundtrack version. So I tried to mix the best of both worlds. But I wanted my own spin on it, which is why I added lyrics that I felt truly reflect Sheep Man's essence, and got my boy sachio to lend me his incredible vocals to boot. I think it turned out great!

Abandoned Memory
(From Mega Man 10, ft. Masaya Watanabe)

This is really just another case of the "Cybersheep's Dream" problem, but I think we nailed this one too. Did anyone know that Masaya could sing like that? Bet you didn't.

The Flutter vs The Gesselschaft
(From Mega Man Legends, remix from the Tatsunoko vs. Capcom launch party in 2010)

After some weird bureaucratic red tape (please don't ask) I am thrilled to be able to finally share this song after SIXTEEN YEARS. I originally made this remix to play for a DJ set at the Tatsunoko vs. Capcom launch party at Nintendo World in NYC. It's a little weird to think that this is one of the first songs I ever made for any kind of work function, and I'm happy that people who weren't able to be there can hear it now. It has a special place in my heart.

Firewater
(From Dead Rising 2: Off The Record, ft. Sinister Growley)

This is definitely THE song that terrified me to re-record. This is what I, as well as a large majority of my fanbase, considers to be my "magnum opus," which I think is funny. But I won't blame anyone for feeling attached to this song. Even after all this time, I am too, so I wanted to do it right. And I could not contain the happiness in my heart when I got the OG to come back to sing on it.

TEAM STAR FOREVER
(From Pokemon Scarlet & Violet)

The Team Star theme is super popular,, which I am very grateful for. I know people were either in the camp of, "She'll remix the Team Star Boss theme" or "She won't." But I already did that recently, so I did something a bit different that I think captures what they're about pretty well. Honestly, this track was just for fun.

雷鳴のリズム
(ft. Mariko Takahashi)

Some people draw their OCs interacting with their favourite franchise, some people make music for their characters. I did both. Eve & Amphy besties for life.

秘密のビーチ
(ft. puchika)

Shadow
(ft. Luna Price)

I feel like this one is pretty self-explanatory. I don't think I was being subtle. But I love elctropop and I love a good revenge theme. It was actually very cathartic to make Firewater's spiritual "opposite" of sorts. Also it was Luna's idea to vocalize at the beginning and honestly everything she does is a slay.

Never Enough
(ft. Fern Buckley, Tim Gomez, Noah Hart, Nate Kaufman, Greg Wu)

This song was heavily inspired by the punk/pop stuff I heavily consumed growing up, like Sum 41 and Avril Lavigne. And before anyone thinks that this is a song about me complaining, it's... not entirely. It's more of a commentary on how hard I work and unfortunately, it just isn't enough. But on the flipside, I love what I do so much that it's never enough for me. At least I thought it was clever. This song was recorded at an actual recording studio, with my friends Fern (yes my assistant Fern!) on the vocals, Tim on drums, Noah on bass, and with Nate and Greg yelling the "never enough" at the end. I think having my friends working on this song with me made it better. Obviously I played the guitar.

Hey My Friend
(ft. Fern Buckley, Tim Gomez, Noah Hart)

I wrote this song shortly after my (estranged) friend Alyson passed away back in April of 2025. I feel like the lyrics do a pretty good explaining the situation, so there's not much else to say but I think about her every day. Fern, Tim, and Noah helped me out again with their skills. Me on guitar, again.

out of frame
(ft. Keira Brown)

Eve's insecurities, in song form. This is pretty different than what I usually do, but I wanted my own sadgirl pop song. Keira's voice was perfect for this and she nailed the sad, longing, reminiscing voice I envisioned for myself if I sang it.

Second Opinion
(ft. Fern Buckley, Tim Gomez, Noah)

I Feel Fine
(ft. Lumi)

This song is about weed.

ラストストップ
(ft. Mrs. GREEN APPLE)

Letters Home
(ft. Julie Liu)
